A new church for Christchurch, Tuckton and Southbourne 

Hello,

My name is James Ivin and I’m planning to launch a new church called ‘Christ the Saviour. Christchurch, Tuckton & Southbourne’ (CTS).

As you can tell from the name, the plant will be a new church to the Christchurch, Tuckton and Southbourne area where I have lived for the past 15 years with my wife, Ann and our two children.

I am currently serving as the assistant minister at Anchor Church Lymington and Pennington and like Anchor Church, the new church plant will be an Anglican Mission in England (AMiE) church (you can find out more about AMiE here https://www.anglicanmissioninengland.org/)

The church will prioritise worshipping Jesus as Lord and making him known through Bible teaching, disciple making, and reaching out to local people to become part of a loving church family.

This coming autumn term especially, we are looking for people to come aboard to be part of this new venture with a hope to start regular Sunday meetings in the new year. Is this something you could be part of? Do you know people in the area who might be interested? Could you please pray for us as we seek to establish the church?
